Little Italy Apartments Sold for $102.5 Million - Lou Hirsh - San Diego Business Journal 

A Dallas buyer listed as Apartments at Little Italy LLC has purchased Broadstone Little Italy, a 203-unit apartment building in downtown San Diego, for $102.5 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.

Jamul Retail Center Sells for $3.8 Million - San Diego Business Journal

Developer Dan Floit of Del Mar has purchased Plaza La Tienda, a two-building retail property in the East County community of Jamul, for $3.8 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.

North Park Land Sold for $7.7 Million - San Diego Business Journal 

TR Hale LLC has purchased a 1.5-acre parcel of land in North Park for $7.7 million, with plans to develop an upscale, mixed-use apartment project, according to brokerage company Colliers International.

Housing fee deal moving forward - David Garrick - UT San Diego

Nine months after a business-led referendum campaign blocked sharp hikes in the fees San Diego developers contribute to affordable housing, a City Council committee on Wednesday forwarded a much smaller set of fee increases to the full council for possible approval later this fall.
