Maintenance

If you ask any property manager what one of the most important aspects of maximizing your property investments would be, they’ll probably have the same answer...

MAINTENANCE!

At HomeTeam Property Management, we believe in 5 key components:

  1. Routine Maintenance & Repairs
  2. Premier Vendor Selections
  3. Frequent and Consistent Responsivity
  4. Tenant Accessibility
  5. Providing Emergency Services

We provide routine maintenance services for all our properties and make sure to handle all repairs in a timely manner. Setting high standards is one of our greatest attributes and we set those same standards when selecting vendors. We have built strong relationships with our vendors and contractors who guarantee quality and professional services at a discounted rate for us.

Maintenance requests are responded to right away. Not only does this ensure a happy tenant, this prevents minor maintenance issues from becoming high-cost repairs in the future.

Tenants are given multiple options for submitting maintenance requests. They can either visit or call our office directly, or submit a maintenance request online via the tenant portal found on our website. Regardless of their method of contact, our responsiveness is the same: quick and efficient.

And finally, our property managers are available to reach 24/7. If a tenant contacts us in an event of an emergency, rest easy knowing that we are prepared to take care of the issue immediately.
